This 60th wedding anniversary cake was a two tiered (6" & 10") lemon cake with raspberry compote filling, iced and decorated in lemon buttercream.

Just Daisy!

This was a stacked three tier (8", 10", 12") square cake. Mango cake with whipped white chocolate ganache, covered with fondant, carrot cake with cream cheese icing, also covered in fondant. Cascading white fondant daisies with hand painted stamens flow from the top of this cake.
